In the Name of God Amen this thirteenth Day of December 1790 I William Brandon of the state of South Carolina Union County being of Sound mind and many thankes be to Almighty God for the Same but calling to mind it is one appointed for all men one to die I make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say first of all I give & Recommend mySole unto the hands of Almighty God Who gave it and my body to be buryed in Christin Like manor at the discration of my Executors hereafter named. Nowthing dupting but at the general resurrectshon I Shall Receive the Same by the mighty power of God and as tuching Such Worldly goods with which it has plaised God to Bless me in the Life I Demis and Dispose of in the following manor and form viz Item I give and bequeath to GEORGE BRANDON sun of RICHARD BRANDON a tract of Land Lying and being between farfors & Tygar River none by the Name of Mulkeys old place also thirty acs Joing it Convay to me by Basil Wheate - also all the Remainds of a tract of Land Pattened in my own Name except which is Cunvayd Thos Green & a hundren to be Cunvayd my brother THOMAS Joining his Land he had of Patrick Erly Cunfirming all and Every Part of the above Land as discribid --- Item I Give my Nephew WILLIAM BRANDON Sune of my Brother THOMAS BRANDON my Riding hors and Sadal to his only use ---- and I Do hereby utterly disalow Revock and Disanull all and Every other form testament Leafiseys and bequest and Executors By me in anysofore Namd will and bequested Ratifying and Cunfirming this and No other to be my Last Will and testament in witnis Where of I have Set my hand & Seil this day above writin Signed Seild pronounced & dellard by the Sd WILLIAM BRANDON also I Dow apoint JOHN BRANDON JUNER Sune of widow JEANE (or Joane) BRANDON to bee my Executor to take Care of the With Legisise to the Portys Cumes of age to Whom the one bequeathed.
