Rev. John King is not buried in this cemetery. However, he donated the land for a family graveyard, and on the other end of the road, he also donated land for a Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Rev. John King is buried in the King Cemetery at Eagleville, Tennessee.

Rebecca King, wife of the Rev. John King, is also buried at Eagleville.

Charity Adaline King was one of the nine children of John and Rebecca King. Her fairly recent marker was placed behind the original one.

T. K. Morrison was the 1st husband of Charity Adaline King. (A Morrison descendent has his date of death as Mar 31 1862, with reference to a family Bible.) After he died, she married Hugh Presley Smotherman. Two of the children of H. P. and Charity Adaline King are also buried in the King Cemetery. Both sons died shortly after Charity, when they were teenagers.
