This house was built by David Lemuel and Susannah Anne Elizabeth Jackson Manire.
Later it was the home of their daughter Minerva Manire Ralston Hayes. After her death her son, Joe Ralston, who
is sitting in the chair, lived here. At his death his son Jody bought the place. The property is now owned by the
Woodson family and is in good condition.
